How long do I have access to a course?
You get lifetime access to the course materials, including future updates to the lessons and PDFs.
Which level should I start with?
If you are new, begin with Foundations. Confident knitters can jump to Techniques or a focused project path.
Do I need special materials?
Most courses use widely available needles and yarns. We include fiber suggestions and substitutions per project.
How should I pace my learning?
We recommend 2–4 short sessions per week. The index page includes a “tempo” tool to tune a plan.
What is your refund policy?
Eligible within 14 days if you have not completed more than 20% of the content. See Terms for details.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. Complete the end-of-course assessment to receive a shareable certificate of completion.
Is there instructor support?
Courses include scheduled office hours or discussion threads depending on the path.
Are the lessons accessible?
We prioritize readable copy, transcripts, and high-contrast layouts. Please share accessibility feedback.
